Frequently Asked Questions - Lunas Rewards Program
Moons are our way of thanking you for trusting My Coco Moon with your furry friend's walks. Just by signing up for the Program, you'll receive your first 100 welcome moons. It's that easy!
For every €1 you spend in our store (excluding shipping costs and taxes), you will earn 3 Lunas for your account. Make sure you are logged in before completing your order so that the Lunas are added automatically.
Not at all! My Coco Moon moons don't expire. We know that every dog has their own pace, so you can collect moons little by little until you decide to redeem them for the reward you like best.
It's very simple. When you reach one of the milestones (500 or 1,000 ), go to your "My Moons" area, select the reward, and a unique discount code will be generated for you to apply at checkout.
To make the program sustainable, we have established minimum purchase amounts based on the coupon:
- 500 Lunas: One Harness worth 22.95 with a minimum order of €30.
- 1000 Lunas: One Harness and one Coupon Leash worth €35.90 which you can spend on 1 minimum order of €55.
We want to celebrate that special day with you and your furry friend! Just enter the birthday date in your "My Moons" section. You will automatically receive 150 Moons on their birthday.
Note: You must register the date at least 30 days before the birthday
Our reward coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes or temporary promotions unless otherwise stated.
If you make a return, the moons earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your total balance.
