1. Participation and Registration:

My Coco Moon's "Mis Lunas" rewards program is free and available to all registered customers. By creating an account, the user agrees to accumulate "Lunas" under the conditions described here.

2. Accumulating Lunas:

• You will earn 3 Lunas for every €1.00 spent on products.
• Shipping costs and taxes (VAT) do not earn Lunas unless otherwise specified.
• Lunas for social media actions (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and registration are awarded only once per user.

3. Birthday Reward:

To receive the 150 birthday Lunas, the user must register the date in their panel at least 30 days in advance. Points will not be awarded retroactively if the birthday occurs within the 30 days following the date registration.

4. Redemption and Limitations:

• Lunas can be redeemed for fixed discount coupons subject to a minimum spend: 500 Lunas (min. €30 purchase) and 1000 Lunas (min. €55 purchase)
• Coupons obtained through Lunas cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discount codes.
• Lunas have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts or redeemed for money.

5. Cancellation and Modifications:

My Coco Moon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the rewards program and its points tables at any time, with prior notice to active users. In the event of an order return, the Lunas corresponding to that purchase will be deducted from the customer's balance.

6. Data Protection:

The data provided for the program (such as the dog's birthday) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used exclusively for managing rewards and brand communications.
