Customizable Dachshund Mug

To ensure the best print quality on your porcelain mug, make sure the file you upload meets the following specifications:

1. Design size

• The design should be 8 × 8 cm.
• At print resolution, approximately 945 × 945 pixels.

2. Resolution

• Recommended resolution: 945 × 945 pixels

3. File format
You can upload your design in the following formats:

• PNG (recommended, especially if the design has a transparent background)
• JPG / JPEG

4. Colors

• Files must be in RGB color mode for the best print results.

5. Safety margin

• Avoid placing text, logos, or important elements too close to the edges of the design.
• We recommend leaving at least a 3 mm inner margin to ensure that all elements print correctly.

6. File quality

• Avoid uploading screenshots, images downloaded from social media, or low-quality files.
• If the file is too small or low resolution, the final result may not be sharp.

Tip:
For the best result, use a high-quality PNG file with a transparent background if your design has no background.
